Great mobile for elders
Bought this for my grandfather and it's really nice basic look phone with good functionalities. Easy to use and easy visibility for elders as it it's display is huge and letters as well. Comes with standing charge which makes easy for them to charge . Long lasting battery life as of now. Overall a really good mobile.

Great flip phone
The media could not be loaded. It comes with a standing charger, with a pre-cut sim in case you have only micro-sim like me.Battery is lasting and the phone is loud enough amd simple to use. It's got big keys and big icons, it's dual sim and has room for sd card, it has a flashlight and a camera plus other multimedia support.Really happy with it, would recommend, to have a break from smartphones.

Nightmare to use. Anything but pensioner friendly.
OMG I need to lie down in a darkened room. I got one for my hard of hearing (deaf as a bloomin post) father- in - law. Tried to set it up for him 😱 for someone used to a smart phone this was not even going back to steam powered it was stone age. Nothing about it is simple. It almost ended up back in the box several times. Instructions , what there is off them are as clear as mud. And it is not even very loud. His old phone is just as loud and it has not got the option to put onto speaker, or i have not found it. Sending a text is a long winded affair. Left him with it overnight but i can see it being returned in the morning.

Great phone for my elderly relative
Firstly loved the size of the phone, secondly the ease of charging as there is a charging dock. Good screen size and large, clear buttons to press. Supports 3G and just one SIM.It’s a simple phone that is easy to use.Would be even better if you could make text larger with a dark background.

Too heavy to carry around.
...it seems good. A bit heavier and larger than I was expecting, but still possible to carry round in a pocket. Buttons press well, and display is easy to read. I can't find any way of turning on predictive text - maybe it doesn't have it? Managed to set up the M1 and M2 buttons, after a good deal of fossicking around for right menu. Also made a call out from a part of the house which usually has a poor signal, so... credit there. The camera is what you might expect - pretty poor. More of a fun thing than a serious camera. Haven't tried inserting an SD card yet, so can't play around with too many images. Basically I bought it as an emergency phone to keep on me, as a smartphone is too large, and for this it fits the bill. I also found that my voice - making a call out to my other phone - was clearer than on my other mini non-smart mobile, which is good. Will update when I've had it a bit longer.UPDATE: I find I hardly use this now, as it's too heavy for my trouser pocket. Also it chews up my SIM card, when putting it in or taking it out. If it weighed much less and was smaller, I'd give it the full five stars. As it is I've knocked another star off, and will probably give the phone away.

Perfect for the elderly! Dad loves it!
It was for my Dad, he saw one just like this in the Daily Mail, however I thought his one at 99.99 was very expensive, then I found this one, it looks nicer, it has the M1 and M2 buttons just the same as the one in the paper, it's got big buttons, it's loud enough, just perfect for those who don't want a fussy phone, but the best thing is this one was half the price of the one in the paper, Dad loves it! (he's 90 years old)

Ideal as a second phone for elderly people
This is an ideal phone for an older couple who seldom go anywhere one without the other. It is very simple to use particularly when very few calls are received on a mobile in the normal course of life making each call really a learning process when the main mobile is a complex iPhone requiring a certain depth of basic knowledge in order to operate it. It is attractive, simple to use and relatively inexpensive. Tedd

An easy phone making a very happy 90 year old
Purchased for 90 year old mother in law whose old mobile needed replacing. She is thrilled with this for following reasons. Loves the flip open feature because the SOS button cannot be activated when in handbag as previous one did. Has found it very easy to use being very similar layout to previous one. The speaker option has ensured that the volume has not been a problem, a big plus. Not sure how long battery lasts as she tends to put it in cradle when not in use so permanently charged. Very pleased.
