I’ll start this out by saying this pad is great. It’s a very nice pad for speed and control. I previously had a Glorious cloth pad and it doesn’t even come close to the M-508.For the price, nothing beats this. The stitched edges are amazing and don’t irritate my wrist/forearm like the raised edges did on my Glorious pad. The static friction is great but still allows for nice stopping power. I’d say the only pad in the category of speed and control is the Hien that beats this... maybe. This pad is amazing and one of the best. I’d love to see a broken down comparison between the M-508 and the Hien as I think it’d be very close. And you can get this for much cheaper.I highly recommend the Monolith M-508 if you’re a competitive player who needs a good mix between speed and control.

Product arrived and was happy with its performance. I always preferred cloth pads over hard ones, but wanted a better glide. I thought this would be the best option for me. However after using it for a couple months, I noticed the glide on the surface area I used a lot started to feel less smooth. I moved around my mouse in the area that wasn't used as much and I could clearly tell the difference. Overall, it's a great looking mousepad with minimal branding, but the glide on the mousepad doesn't last for too long.

very nice mousepad, extremely fast for a cloth pad. color is nice, and the stitching is very high quality. only complaint is that the top corner of the mousepad refuses to stay completely flat. before you buy, you should know that this is a thick mousepad. it is a noticeable difference compared to something like a qck or g-sr.

Great pad, thick, love the gray color, and it's very slick. If you're looking for a large mousepad that isn't a deskpad and isn't black, this is it.

This mousepad is great for gaming! It feels very heavy duty. The color is a nice shiny silver and the branding is very small. The fabric is very smooth and glides well, good for flick shots. The stitching on the edges is well done and doesn't have any fraying. On the bottom of the pad there is an interesting grip pattern that keeps the mousepad in place while you are gaming. Would recommend this pad to anyone looking for a good mix of speed and control.
