Nature's Bassinet, Organic Moses Basket: Signature Bilia Natural

The bassinet doesn’t look like the photos. Also their customer service is the worst and rude. Not worth the $$

We are having our first baby and I knew a Design Dua bassinet was a must have for us. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s not only so beautiful but also made so well. It feels strong but lightweight enough to move from different rooms. The brown leather handles are so beautiful and the perfect addition. Now we just need a stand and we will be set!

I had been wanting one for a few months and finally decided to order and I’m so glad I did!! I absolutely love the look and feel of the bassinet, and the fitted sheet is amazing too! I’m so excited to use it when my baby boy is born in July! If you’re on the fence, order it!!! You won’t regret it!

I like it but still on the fence mine doesn’t look like what was pictured the handles don’t look like leather at all and the fabric is kind of floppy not sure if that’s normal or what I can do to make it stand up better it does look pretty though. And it shipped out very quickly.

While the basket is beautiful, I am terribly disappointed with the foam pad insert.It has a terrible toxic smell to it. It is clearly not organic in any way. For the amount of money paid for this product, I expected the insert to be equally organic, and non toxic.I have no desire to let my child sleep on it or be exposed to these chemicals.I contacted customer service at Design Dua. They took an accusatory, condescending tone. The only solution they offered was $10 in store credit. Otherwise I have to spend $70 on an organic insert, after spending over $200 on the basket itself. Do not recommend.

I have absolutely loved having this bassinet! I wish I’d had one with my first two babes as well, instead of heavier, bulkier playards or cosleepers. It’s beautiful, lightweight, and portable, and allowed baby to safely sleep right next to my bed in those early months. I loved being able to easily move it to other areas of the house so she could nap near me, or bring her along to enjoy some fresh air on the porch from the comfort of her bassinet. At seven months, our little one has now transitioned to her crib, but I’m continuing to use the bilia bassinet for monthly milestone photos. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience with this product!
