Perfect for the occasional job
You really get what you pay. Great power, has cut through about everything, and I've used it for almost everything. It's light and doesn't vibrate as much as our corded Milwaukee.

Overall, a decent middle-weight angle grinder
I bought this grinder specifically to use with a belt sander attachment, so it won't get used nearly as much as some of my other grinders. However, I think this is a good value for the average homeowner to use in their garage. It probably won't stand up to the abuse of heavy regular use/abuse, but is a good value for occasional use.I really liked the "lock on" switch, which was one of the main reasons I chose this for my belt sander attachment. This is a nice feature anytime that you need to use the grinders in odd locations or are mounting it in place to use like a bench grinding wheel.Overall, I would recommend this for a homeowner that needs to occasionally use an angle grinder, or for a shop owner that needs a dedicated grinder for small jobs that need a locking switch.
