Honestly due to the size of these pitchers I don't see how anyone possibly could've forgotten to include the second pitcher unless they were purposely trying to mess up a person's order. And the description of the item calls for a quantity of TWO. That's why I went for it. But something so simple for someone is like packaging two pitchers for them is trying to learn calculus and trigonometry in tandem

The bottom of the lid doesn't go below the bottom of the spout, leaving a gap whether the lid is in an open or closed position. Poor design that renders the pitcher useless.

This is made from cheap material and is flimsy. It’s a gallon jug that can not properly hold a gallon of liquid. The handle bends when you lift it. The lid is not securely on the jug and because the material is cheap, there are gaps between the lid and the jug.

Kind of flimsy feeling...not able to mix the sugar with my tea, as I would like, due to the bottom of the "vessel" (tea jug for me...). The outside "ring" of the bottom is so much lower than the center, that it is giving me problems mixing tea, sugar and water. Hmmm. Will use, but not excited about it. Just blah about it.

The size of the pitcher is great. Big enough for the job I needed but not heavy duty plastic. I can squeeze the pitcher with my hand and it will cave in. I have other plastic pitchers that do not do this.
