Not As Easy As It Looks
I am marginally happy with this item. The three included balls allows the practitioner to adjust based on their skill level. However, just as other customers indicated, the tennis ball was in use for less than a minute before it snapped off. The other two balls appear to work just fine...we'll see.New entry: After 2 weeks of practice with the red ball, it has begun to fall apart. Since the red ball is the heavier of the three, it does require a little more force when hitting. What originally started with 5 stars is now steadily decreasing. Look for another manufacturer if you plan to use this equipment more than twice a week.

Purchased as gift for avid health nut that uses boxing equipment. He says it really help eye hand coordination. Took a little getting used to..best to start with the lighter ball. And wear protection if you wear glasses! Seems to be holding up nicely and it gets used almost daily

Best Cheapest Boxing Trainer!
Best hand-eye training for the money! This will also help speed bag accuracy. This is no toy and it takes effort to master. Wear safety glasses if you use any but the softest ball! Love this thing!

Broken at the first use, the elastic string came off and hurt my face.

It’s nice and well made I liked that it helps hand eye cordination and you could get better at it start w the black ball then green the red one is hard heavy and hard to understand I just used the tennis ball good weight and hard enough where my knuckles don’t feel like there gonna fall off
