Kinto Travel Tumbler 500ml Water Bottle Vacuum Insulated Flask Thermal Sport - Khaki

We have bought a few of these now. They look great and keep coffee hot and tasting good all day.

It’s great, it keeps my drinks hot for ages and doesn’t leak so I can chuck it in my bag without worrying about it - bonus is that it looks cool!

I bought this to replace a lost one. Best travel mug I have owned in terms of insulation, durability/practicality and I would highly recommend the product.However, when I opened this particular package yesterday, I was disappointed to find that the lid has tea/coffee stains on it. The mug itself looks immaculate but the lid has definitely been used before.

It really is both leak proof and liquids stay really hot for hours. Really brilliant item

While the design shape is quite useful, the design choice comes with a big compromise.This tumbler does not keep the contents hot. Yes that is 100% right. Most people pack their coffee or tea to consume it within a couple of hours. That works with this tumbler.However, if you are looking at more than 2 hours, you will find that the drink has lot a lot of heat. I contacted Kinto about this issue which is contraryto their claims. And guess what -They do not honour the warranty. They will ask you to go back to the "seller" and then the seller sends you back to them. Effectively, stay away and invest in a better product.

Great design. Good size. Keeps coffee warm for a very long time.

It work as intended

Purtroppo, non per colpa di Amazon, non sono stata affatto soddisfatta dell’acquisto perché non corrisponde alla descrizione. Infatti avevo scelto questa offerta perché prevedeva due borracce (350ml + 500ml) ad un prezzo ovviamente più elevato, ma ne è arrivata solo una. Amazon mi ha risarcito 5€, ma secondo me il venditore dovrebbe provvedere a spedire la seconda borraccia comunque, oltre a cambiare immediatamente la descrizione!

Ich bin mit dem Becher mega zufrieden, jedoch bin ich davon ausgegangen das es sich um zwei Becher handelt.Das Bild ist sehr verwirrend und meiner Meinung fast schon täuschend. Es steht überall 500ml + 350ml und erst ganz im letzten Satz der Bestellung steht 500ml und die gewählte Farbe.Ich bin bissel traurig und würde mich über eine Rückmeldung und auch ein Entgegenkommen freuen.Liebe Grüße
