Do you combine the PHbond and the Top it off or do you one or the other? and in what order?

I use all 3 as a system because they work better I believe. So after I prep my nails I use the ph bond to just remove excess oils and then I apply the foundation and cure it for 2 cycles. If applying polish go ahead and add that then cure. Finally add the "top it off" and I cure 2 cycles. Don't forget to wipe with alcohol when you're done to remove stickiness. Now you're done.

Are the bottles as pictured or are they the ones with top it off in blue writing and foundation in pink and ph bond in orange?

My set arrived not quite as pictured. They are blue, orange, and red/pink like you described.

If I use the Gelish 3 pack but the color I like is a different brand (OPI) does that matter?

I've used at least five non-Gelish brands with the Gelish base and top coat with no problems, though I haven't used OPI yet.

if doing acrylics when do you use the foundation? Before acrylic application or after?

My niece is a beautician and recommended to use in the following order: Bond with no light, Foundation 60 seconds, Nail polish 60 seconds, and Top Coat 120 seconds.
