Easy to learn- clear directions
Got it to teach myself and found it very easy to use. I’m surprised at how quickly I picked it up and am now teaching my grand daughter

IS AN INSTRUCTION BOOK WHAT I NEED
I liked the simplicity making it interesting. I think it is worth adding to my calligraphy library. I find, for me, starting at a very beginning of learning something new has always been a benefit to me. It is what level of learning you are at and this is a new beginning for me.

Not a children's book
This book is too complicated for kids. The instructions are not intuitive to children. It really frustrated my daughter. For a beginning adult or teenager, it's an okay calligraphy instruction book, but it really shouldn't be marketed as a children's book. Additionally, half the book is practice sheets. I actually wish it was 2 separate books, one with instructions and one with sheets. The binding is such that the book doesn't lay open on its own, which is annoying if you are trying to look at it while practicing. It has instructions for lettering with 3 types of pen. If you are am adult or a teen, I recommend this book, but I do not recommend purchasing it for a child unless they have already had significant experience in calligraphy.

Arrived quickly. Perfect condition.
Very happy with the delivery and product. It is a lovely book but unfortunately it my daughter couldn’t make it work and lost interest. Not the books fault. I really liked it!

I bought this for grand daughters birthday but no pens so I intend asking for a refund

Received USED when ordered NEW
I ordered a new copy of this book and there is black, permanent markings on several pages - appearing that the book was used and returned then sold as New. This was meant to be a gift for my Niece for her birthday but I was left scrambling to find something else suitable. In order to return the item, I would have to somehow get to a courier office (I am disabled and unable to drive) on the other side of the city I live in which would cost me more in cab fare/bus fare than the book cost. Otherwise, I can "arrange return on my own" which means essentially the same thing. This is absolutely unacceptable.
