Non-slip elasticated fabric would be a more practical solution for the purpose this product has been designed for. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Absolutely love these bands! Best thing I have bought in a long time! Loved the fact that each band has a different resistance and I love the little pouch they come with too, to keep them safe. What’s also great is that they came with a little excercise manual too if you need help with what excercises to do with them. Every spare minute I have, I pick them up and start toning away! Very happy with them as I don’t enjoy weights as being a short female I can bulk up easy so these bands are just what I need for toning all over!Great Value for money, a great product! Definitely would recommend!

Same Bands are used in my Physical Therapist's Center
I purchased these bands, because they are the same ones that are used where I'm doing Physical Therapy after back surgery. I wanted the best. I keep these in my den and bedroom so I can continue therapy, as needed, in the convenience of my home.
