Salty things
They are really salty, most will think too salty. I love them regardless but they could be a little less salty.

Read Before Buying - Quality Control Issue
I should have know better. The reviews for this product were all over the place. Some people loved them and some people hated them and couldn't say enough bad things about them. Now I get it. There is a massive quality control problem with this company. We bought a bag of these sun-dried tomatoes a month or so ago and they were great. Soft and bursting with flavor. I couldn't write enough good things about them. This time we ordered two bags, to the tune of $19.00 each and they were horrible. They are tough as shoe leather and there is something cream colored all over them that was not there before. They have a horrible flavor and they cannot be used. I am irritated that we cannot return these as they were a large waste of money. I will have to think twice before ordering from this company again. They are clearly not taste testing their product for quality control. This is sad as they have organics which are not always easy to find.

I eat like tomato jerky too.
Ive used in everything that calls for tomatoes now. I just store in EVOO in a pretty old blue canning jar. I just processed some for my baked beans and had to throw a little in my homemade marinara I keep handy in the frig. Yep its in a canning jar too.

Way too salty
I am trying to like these - but geez, way too salty. Texture is good - chewy but not like leather, but why all the salt? I am hoping they will be ok i a salad, but who knows. I considered soaking them to get rid of some salt, but them I will also be soaking out some of the tomato flavor?? I chose these because good value for organic, but really wondering if they are even organic. I guess the way too salty-ness left me questioning everything about the product.

Inedible!
I bought these tomatoes to use in baking sourdough and other rustic breads. Good thing I tasted them before using - they are so salty I couldn't even eat a couple from the bag! I threw out the entire bag and I won't buy it again. I had to choose one star to complete the review, but in fact, I give this product zero stars.
