First time taking them
Have been trying to loose a few pounds before I gain any more and the pills have been helping. I clean houses so by the time I get home I don’t want to exercise, so the pill helps; however I do drink water constantly. I haven’t been taking these pills for long but I have lost a pound and I feel good.
