4G LTE Router Sim Card WiFi Wireless Modem Extender Unlocked Preconfigured and Ready for use on Verizon (Verizon Network Ready)

Device said it was for verizon. Verizon said its imei would not work on their network. It does work, but why isn't his device in their database. I had to lie that i was putting the sim into a different device (found a device's imei that i did not need. why make this so complicated?) . Antennae do not look like the picture. 4 antennae all look the same. 1 of them is . damaged/ cannot stay in place. just flops over. mediocre bandwidth of 1mbps when other devices get 6mbps in same location. i'm wondering if all the positive reviews of this devices aren't fake. anyone actually love this unit?

Great product! I had a little trouble getting it on the VZW network but the support folks replied to my email quickly and got me up and running very quickly.

Verizon is NOT supporting these units. Amazon should know better than sell these Verizon supported units. Verizon is gong to 5G and all of the 4G systems are no longer supported.

The customer service is awesome!! Ralph is very kind and helpful, he solved the problem that I had, now the router works perfect!

I purchased 2 of these, took them to my verizon store and they said they were not compatible with Verizon network, even though the sticker at the bottom of the router says so.
