The only thing to note is that it does not remove makeup effectively, so if you use a tinted SPF or foundation on your face, you would need to do a double cleanse to effectively remove it. I use an oil-based cleanser to dissolve my tinted sunscreen first, then use CeraVe cleanser to remove the residue.

One of the only face washes I can use. I am a woman with facial hair (thank you PCOS) and I use this daily in place of a shaving cream and no longer have to worry about ingrown hairs, etc. (I used to get the bumps on my neck almost every day). I also use it as a wash to remove my makeup and it does an excellent job and leaves no residual makeup but does leave your face feeling moisturized not dry (I don't wear mascara so I can't speak to that). If you have sensitive skin this might be just the ticket for you.

Simply the best facial cleanser I have ever used. It’s a very light gel which glides on and is easy to rinse off. No irritation whatsoever and I’ve got ultra sensitive skin. It didn’t leave my face with that awful tight feeling afterwards as all other cleansers have done. I still moisturised and my face feels like silk. Amazing product. Do buy it. You only need a small amount too, so it will last for ages. Can be used on your body too.
