Did not work the way we expected. The wipes were to dry. You had to wipe too many times. My pet did not like. And, I didn’t like how uncomfortable she felt.

No visible tear stain removal
It looked easy to do/use but we saw no real difference in stain removal.

Not what I expected
I am very disappointed in this product. The tissues do not pull out like they could. The tissues are the size of regular facial wipes & are totally ineffective for my teacup poodle. There is not enough solution to totally remove the tear track debris.

The wipes are hard to pull out but good.
Eye wipes for my dogs tears. They do a good job of wiping but the way they are packed into the container makes them hard to pull out and tear off.
