How do I give zero stars?

My daughter is white, her best friend is black, I bought them each a set. My daughter was satisfied that she could color the skin of the princess to look like hers. Her friend sighed and said, "I couldn't get mine to look like me." Figure it out, Crystal Creations, and offer some more markers along the human-skin-tone spectrum, not just a weird orange/peach! For that matter, make your markers work - half of them were already dried out. All told, a complete waste of money for me and an emotionally messed-up experience for a seven-year-old girl. ZERO STARS.
