Works great, very simple to use. However I use it for home, not for a salon and find the fact that you can't dissemble it when done ( because putting it back together when you want to use it again would be prohibitively annoying) is its only minus. But I guess it's not supposed to be able to break down and put up on the fly. My advice when using is to use towels to cover your shoulders, ears, chest and thighs because it drips.

I’ve purchased this product twice, because it broke down the first time. I had used for about 5 months the first time so I didn’t think too much of it. This time I purchased the item with insurance (because I knew the product wasn’t durable at all) and when I tried to get a replacement after TWO MONTHS of use both the insurance company and the original seller of the product said they couldn’t do anything for me. Spend your money elsewhere, the product leaks and stops working randomly

I have used steamers like this in the salon for years to speed up color processing times. Once you figure out all the quirks of making it work it is very easy. They do get temperamental if you don’t use it correctly. There aren’t many instructions included but I have found- do not fill the water tank full with water. Probably even less than half.-when it has water in it, don’t move it around a lot or the water will spill from inside the unit.- if the internal leaking does occur, drain all water and let dry out before refilling.The wheels could be a little more sturdy. I have replaced my wheels with better ones from the hardware store.

-It was easy to assemble-The top is very heavy and the bottom is very light. So this thing and topple over pretty easy-It has a weird smell when I first got it but as I run water through, the smell is beginning to lessen- there are 2 settings: light steam, HOT steam It depends on your scalp if you can take the heat or not- it drips a little but anything dealing with water will have something like that**Buy the warranty

The media could not be loaded. It leans and isn’t very sturdy . I’m not pleased with the product at all . I feel like for the price it should have been a bit more sturdy and not so cheap looking .... If you’re not a stylist and don’t use it often it may work for you but my clients complain about it looking dangerous to be under. It’s easy to assemble just not worth the headache because it won’t last very long .

I like the steamer because it is easy to adjustable. I like that you can set the timer. Only thing I dislike is that there is a lot of water that ends up on the floor, so put down a towel or cloth of some sort.

Not safe and defective. Very cheap plastic material. It drips water from all parts once it is on. The seal parts do not seal properly. Combine that with electricity and it becomes a major hazard. On second use, I could in fact smell smoke. I had a similar steamer before, which unfortunately stayed with my mom, once I moved out. I had assembled it myself and it was very safe and still in use after 15 years. I cannot say the same of this product. In addition, may I just add: the instructions allegedly in English do not make sense at all. It seems someone literally placed them on google translate to have it translated from Chinese), then copied and printed it.... I am returning it.

More steam should come out than what does. Over all its ok for now.
