Q: I have had "odor resistant" polyester thermal shirts before that got smelly while wearing them. What about this shirt?

This style of thermal has an odor resistant fabric.

Q: is the shirt long enough?

I have a long torso and short legs. This needs another inch in the torso area. Otherwise it fit perfectly.

Q: Does this heavy weight double layer thermal shirt run true to size? I tried the expedition shirt in a size small and it runs too small.

Margaret, I do think they run small. I'm thin and tiny and I bought a small. It fits me but I think it would be too small for a more normal sized person. With that said I can't tell you how much I love the duofold products for quality. I have the heavy shirt and leggings, and also two pairs of the medium weight leggings. I wear them all the time in the winter and they have stood the test of 100's of washings. I have had these for at least 4 years now and they still do the job. Good stuff.I will purchase again.

Q: whats the material? Is this fuzzy on the inside?

The material is mostly polyester. It feels softer on the inside and smoother on the outside, but not much difference. Not fuzzy. Comfortable on the skin. I have sensitive skin and wear these as first layer all winter.
