product arrived on time and met my expectations

Ladies, if you are getting hot flashes every 15 mins to once every hour along with restless sleep, get them!! I have been taking these for a month now, and I am able to get some deep sleep through the night without having hot flashes. I am taking these with the day time formula.

I use this and the daytime product  Remifemin Menopause Herbal Supplement, Estrogen Free, 120 Tablets  daily to help primarily with hot flashes. While these products have not completely eliminated my hot flashes, I have noticed a reduction in the frequency and severity of the flashes since I started taking the products several months ago. I stopped taking them for a week or two when I ran out of the products and the hot flashes seemed to get worse again.So, while this isn't a complete "cure" for me, every little bit helps. Additionally, I have noticed no side effects whatsoever from taking this.

Really helpful for lessening night sweats and better sleep.

Did not help with sleep at all.

I use to take a different supplement for my menopausal symptoms and although it did take care of some of my issues this product seems to take care of them all for me.

I'm not sure it's helping with my sleep.

No complaints. It sees to work well.
