A dream-like experience
I have recently finished reading both this omnibus manga and the Strawberry Panic omnibus novel and I'm so pleased that I decided to purchase both. First of all, I've watched the entire anime series and both the manga and novel differs drastically from the tv series. I must admit that I was presumptuous to believe that any material differing from the anime would ruin the experience for me; but I honestly enjoyed the manga/novel plot a 1,000 times more. Shizuma is a much gentler, well-rounded character in the books and apparently never felt like she was ever "in love" with the deceased Kaori. This fact made the story flow much smoother and made it overall a less-depressing experience. In the anime, Shizuma was portrayed as more aloof and far too caught up with her past lover, Kaori, for her to even be serious with Nagisa, until the very end. Of course, both the plots from the anime and the printed editions are touching, heart-wrenching, and I highly recommend them.I figured I should compare and contrast this omnibus manga with the omnibus novel to provide viewers with a better understanding. The obvious difference is that the manga is set-up comic-style with beautiful artwork but is also far less detailed. The most important difference is that the manga omnibus's story if left incomplete since the final book has yet to be published in an English manga format. However, the novel DOES contain all 3 novels so the story is complete and much longer. So I only recommend buying this manga edition if you've already read the Strawberry Panic omnibus novel. This way you will know how the story ends, thus saving yourself from winding up very disappointed and frustrated.

Very nice omnibus with new content
I have both volumes of the original manga but was excited to see that this omnibus includes new content. The cover is very cute. I wish the original covers had been included on color shiny paper inside, but they are at least represented in black and white. The manga version was canceled, so the story does seem to cut off part way. You can check out the light novels or anime for more content. The story is occasionally erotic yuri / shoujo ai / girls love fluff. It's not the most profound of love stories, instead taking notes from predecessors like "Maria-sama ga Miteru" and making them more explicitly homoerotic. That said, this is not a pornographic or "adult" series; there is the usual amount of grabbing and fan service you might see in a manga for teens, and the story cuts away from any sex. Having the whole story (or what exists of it) in this single omnibus, I think it's worth checking out if you want to add to your yuri manga collection or get into the light novels or anime that expand the story and explore the expansive cast of characters.

not complete
The manga was absolutely amazing. However, there was a discontinuation of the manga so there is a huge cliff hanger. I recommend reading the novel instead! 🤎

An anime to read
This manga is good to read and it is different the Tv anime so this story has romance drama and funny scenes but the ending is a cliff hanger to me but none the less its a good read.

It's ok.
I heard the anime was great but I never saw it. This manga is no page turner and I can't say i'd recommend it as much as I do my favorite reads but it was, enjoyable. I enjoyed reading it, but it's also nothing special. Also they never continued with the story and there's no ending. It ends at a horrible point. Just god awful. It's literally like the whole staff had a random unexpected emergency and then they forgot they were even working on it. It's cute, but if you hate the concept of literally reading a manga halfway and then putting it down and throwing out the book, look elsewhere. The artwork is very nice though.

cherry-blossoms and fluffly-love <3
even if I don't think that the manga finish there, is it convenient to have all the 3 volumes in one xD specially when it comes to travel with it. I was surprised to find that it is an excellent manga-transcription from the novel! the art is wonderful and the love scenes like fresh water to the heart. you feel like being in spring even if it's fall xD it worths to being purchased <3

Stereotypical, cool heroins, bad writing
This story should have been about nagisa and Tamao or Yaya and Hikari. Shizuma and Amane not being cool and walking stereotypes. It's painful to read. I can't beleive it has been seen as top notch yuri. But if you change the settings for a mixte school and Shizuma's gender it would have been identical. Shizuma doesn't feels like a woman. Really it's poor excuse. if you want to read good yuri, try Girl Friends instead. Since then, mostly all of the other yuri I read was better then this, that's why it pass from 3 stars to 1.

Il manga è completamente diverso rispetto all'anime!
