Q: are these slip resistant?

They are slip resistant, but like all crocs, as the shoes wear, the slip resistance fades. I started to replace mine every few months once I realized they eventually become waterskis.

I wear an 8 or 8.5 , I went with the 8 and they fit perfectly.

Q: What size should i get if i wear a m6/w8 in clogs?

I bought them for my daughter who. Is a flight attendant. She actually had to have me but a second pair a half size smaller than her regular size. She has never had regular crocs. Hope that helps.
