Update: Nearly 3.5 yrs later, I still love this product just as much, and have used it every single day since my review in 2015. This is holy grail facial SPF...the one product I cannot live without. It makes my mature(ish) skin dewey, keeps it young and has *zero* smell. (You could drop me in the actual Amazon and I could sniff my way home, so I can’t deal with scented products.) ;) Win, win.Original review:This is literally my favorite skincare product ever. I love this product so much that, despite a pretty severe personal allergy (eye area) to one of the ingredients, I've found a way to make it work. After a visit to the dermatologist, it's clear that the skin around my eyes reacts to one of the ingredients (not Dermalogica's fault). After treating the reaction with an Rx, I've been using this everywhere except for around or near the eye area for approx. one year without issue.I hope Dermalogica never stops making this product; it has the minimum 50 SPF requirement recommended by many dermatologists, keeps my dry skin hydrated all day, and is just dewey enough that I don't wear anything else on my not-so-young face (besides a different Dermologica SPF for the eye area). I have never had any evidence of sun exposure while wearing this. Oh, and unlike Zinc-based SPFs, you won't look like Casper the ghost! This stuff is entirely clear. I think I've tried everything; La Mer, DDF, Shiseido Anessa (Korean not US version), Perricone, Dior, Obagi, and countless others from my Dermatologist and this is by far the best I've found. (OK, so I'm a bit obsessed with sun protection as I have a family history of skin cancer.) Love it, love it, love it.

Love dermalogica products. I’ve been using this one for years. I have normal to combination skin and although this is slightly thick, it doesn’t make me breakout. Great chemical sunscreen to add to your skincare regimen.

I've been very hesitant to use facial sunscreens in the past because most that I've used have been too watery, or powdery, or greasy and oily. Before I found this product, I was using a really great Avene facial sunscreen, but they discontinued it. I thought all was lost and ready to bring on the wrinkles, sunspots, and skin cancer risk, until I read a review for this sunscreen in a magazine (I think it was Allure, but I really can't remember). I decided to try it out, with the intention of returning it if I was't happy after the first use, but now I'm hooked!! The formula is so smooth, you can put it on under OR over makeup with ZERO residue or cakiness . It's not runny or greasy and I haven't had a single pimple since using it.

Im using the cream every day to protect my face and to not get dark spots and is working well so far I like the results

This Dermalogica product is expensive for the amount you receive. In addition, this sunscreen caused my skin to break out, and It did not afford the level of sun protection the Skinceuticals sunscreen I used previously did.

I bought this for the SPF 50. I'm in the sun a lot and am determined to look my best so I do like the high spf. The other ingredients gave me no reaction and it absorbs well. However, it is a chemical sunscreen. The active ingredients (not on the bottle or Amazon page, but on the website) are ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Avobenzone (3.0%), Octinoxate (7.5%). The recent reports of how long these chemical stay in the body is disturbing to me and I'm continuing on my quest to find a mineral sunscreen that absorbs well.

For occasions where I know I'll be outdoors for hours I use a spray product so I can cover everything easily. But this is better for day to day use. I can mix it with my facial moisturizer and it's invisible and doesn't affect the sheen. It seems to work very well, I get no pink if I take the dog on an unexpectedly long walk. If I touch my eye with a finger that has touched treated skin it will irritate, but not as badly as if I had used a lotion type sunscreen. I love my daily oil-free lotion but wish it had SPF. This product make that wish come true.

Excellent product, moisturises so well and makes your skin so soft. It's a great product for the summer when combined with the 50spf booster. I would definitely buy again.

Der Booster kam zum Schnäppchenpreis jedoch nur noch 6 M haltbar - was bei Lichtschutzfaktoren absolut zu berücksichtigen ist!Ich konnte jedoch den Verkäufer von einem dafür realistischen Wert überzeugen und bekam sofort die faire Kaufpreisreduzierung - so hab ich nun den Solar Defense Booster behalten, da es das beste, verträglichste Sonnenschutzprodukt ist, welches ich kenne 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!Mischt man den Booster 1:1 mit der Tagescreme oder dem make up hat er einen LSF von ca 25, wendet man in pur an ÜBER der Tagespflege ist der volle LSF 50 wirksam.Tolle, leichte Konsistenz, die auch mein Partner gerne nimmt, der ein öliges, eher unreines Hautbild hat - das Gegenteil zu meiner haut, welche schnell empfindlich, trocken und dehydriert reagiert mit ausgeprägter Barrierebedürftigkeit.

As always dermalogica is the best cream for me, no red skin, no rash, no sunburn, feels good in the skin

Produkt ist eine Fälschung. Finger Weg Leute. Zahlt paar Euro mehr und holt euch das Original. Ich weiß garnicht, was der scheiss seitens Amazon soll.
