I bought these chairs for a new house I purchased. They were so easy to put together- and, surprisingly comfortable. The color matches perfectly to the colors in the room. Worth the $$$

This recliner was easy to assemble. I got it out of the box, assembled it and was reclining in it in 45 minutes. I love the blue color. It's really beautiful and looks expensive. It's probably not great for a tall person, although I'm 5'10 and it's fine. I bought it for my mother who is 5'5. She says it's comfortable.

We have purchased other furniture items from Artechworks in the past and have been very happy. Great quality and beautiful pieces.This chair did not work for my Father’s space and we received excellent customer service to help our issue. I will continue be a loyal customer! Highly recommend!

This item is ok to look at but not for long term use. I got both fixed up . But one is not so firm cause if the way both are built...the firm one is good to sit in, the other one is not

I purchased the blue recliner back in July. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. Fairly comfortable. Fabric is easily cleaned as well. After a couple months I noticed one of the legs were leaning back. Determined that the piece of wood that the leg was screwed into was breaking away from the frame (a few weeks prior my son had accidentally tipped the chair backwards and I assume the damage may have started there). I emailed the company and after they requested a few pics they offered to send me a new chair. Blue was no longer available so grey worked fine. Also told me not to return the first one due to the cost of shipping. I received the new chair within a few days! Excellent customer service!And I was able to tinker with the original chair and put in a few flat brackets to repair it. Two chairs for the price of one! Would definitely do business again.

This chair is a big disappointment to me.. The seat is so firm it is very uncomfortable to sit in even for a little while. The space between the " wings " on the chair and the arm rest is 2 1/2 inches making the chair look odd. After reading many of the reviews, I should have realized that many said the chair was very small. It is dwarfed next to an average size chair. I would gladly send this chair back except the box it was delivered in was way to damaged to use for return. I recently purchased another chair through Amazon and was thrilled with it, thinking I would have the same experience with this one but to my great disappointment this is not the case.. Do yourself a huge favor pass this chair by..******** Adden. to this review. The customer service for this company is wonderful. They got right back to me regarding my concerns so they can improve on their product. They offered to send a replacement chair, while keeping the original which I declined. They are going to refund my entire amount. I am sorry this chair didn't work, but because of the wonderful customer service I would purchase another item from this company in the future.

This chair is pretty and easy to assemble, kind of comfortable. I read reviews before I bought this saying that it was a death trap, and I just thought people were being dramatic. They were not being dramatic...! If you fully stretch out in this chair you will fall backwards. Yes, I did assemble it correctly with the feet facing the proper direction. Just beware, hopefully you already have a couch to stretch out on!

Honestly this chair is perfect for my space, except I have two right wings and no left wing and a bolt under the chair is missing a lug nut. Hopefully this can be fixed easily without a full refund and return. Otherwise at 6'1 I'm pleased the chair isn't too small.Update: I contacted them immediately after I received the first chair, they said there was no point in returning it and shipped me a new chair for free. I received that chair only 5 days after the first arrived. Amazing customer service, just took a little while on my end to update this post. These photos were taken after a month of use. I love this chair and so does my dog, he thinks it's more his than mine. I do use an ottoman for my feet when I use the chair in upright position. And the full lay back gives me plenty of support as well as a couple great naps I wasn't expecting. Overall great buy and the customer service is worth purchasing through this company.
