Arrived damaged - handle fell off within minutes of first use

The only positive is that it looks exactly as described. However, the handle was already hanging precariously, and it fell off within 5 minutes of my first walk. Unfortunately, we didn't examine it closely until it rained a few weeks later, and it was already too late to return it.
