This is worth the money. Looks good, works as described. The hotplate is effective and keeps the brew warm for as long as you want.I have brewed ground coffee and tea in it. Highly recommended.

I did not like it at all. The sediment is just too much. Sometimes I feel like I’m drinking brown water with harmful coffee oil. If I had known that the quality would be so bad, I’d go for a more expensive version. Don’t skim guys! This isn’t a good investment. But a better model for sure.Also the bogey seems very flimsy and breakable. Like I have to be extra careful everytime I do something as it might break at anything. All in all, terribly disappointed.

It is overall good product.I drink espresso only and while getting ready for office I usually turns it on.Pros:- You can see the amount of water needed- The Coffee pot is really durable- Hot bed for keeping the coffee hot- Energy Saver- Super Easy to Clean- Need powered coffeeCons:- Filter should be given extra for different type of coffee- doesn't hot cold coffee if it's reheatedSuggestion for user: Press the coffee powder after entering it into the filter with something you will get much better coffee taste

Too big to handle.plastic parts poor quality. Why there is no return policy.

The first time I received the coffee maker, it's glass mug was broken. Amazon was extremely swift in replacing the entire product. The product is aesthetically designed, is sleek and easy to handle. It instantly prepares six cups of filter coffee. Two flip sides are: a) It consumes double the amount of coffee to give the flavour which a manual stainless steel coffee maker would do; and b) it leaves residue in the cup, requiring (additionally) paper filter to properly filter the coffee. This may also be because I use very fine filter coffee purchased from the coffee board. Overall, a nice product. You can go for it.

It's a very good small size coffee maker. It takes about 4-5 minutes for brewing a cup of coffee when you fill it to the maximum capacity. It's ideal for 2-3 people. It's light and easy to move around if needed.

I am so disappointed with the customer serviceEven before we use it , while we are opening the pack , the glass tray that collect the coffee , fell and broke . From then on we are trying to BUY a replacement . Called them several time , till now , we got no helpIt I so astonishing that such a good brand has a very bad customer serviceFelt so disappointed with them

This is my first coffee maker. Quite happy with it.
