All is well
It does have a taste, some say paint, I say cake mix lol. It does the job at curving my appetite and I also take a shot before a work out and it gives me that extra sweat that I love. No complaints.

Good product 1 downfall
This is the 2nd time I've used prolessa duo and it is a very good product. I'm the 30 days I dropped 27.5 lbs( with working out everyday). The only downfall of this product is that it doesn't mix well with regular protein powder and it leaves that gritty/chalk taste. When mixed with Herbalife meal replacement you can't tell. But I'm not a fan of all Herbalife products.
