The Best Flour . for Gluten Free.
If you are a Gluten Free person I found there is no better flour blend on the market in fact all the Dr Schar range is the best . From Dumplings to Cookies . it is all you need . even does pancakes and Creps'.

I am celiac and this is the best flour I have found so far in Uk, much superior than other brands,also price is decent considering it is a gluten free mix, it is very good for cakes and pasta, for bread suggest same brand but the MIX B one..
