I had a old metal shuttle given to me years ago. Same brand .Loved it. I decided to get back in to tatting so i ordered some shuttles. Very disappointed in the quality. The edges of the meatal are very rough. The back of the hook snags the thread. Just not what I had hoped for in quality.

I am not a fan of plastic shuttles. So when It came to purchasing, I sought a metal shuttle. These are durable and will last you years, with normal use.
