Always fresh grind right before brewing, keep the coffee in the freezer and most important once it done brewing, dump the filter.The beans I find is top grade and this is what I do. I find the coffee has a nice round and smooth flavour. I am picky about coffee and drink it black. Also, I use crusinart coffee maker because it brews slower. The slower the brew the better the taste.
