Does this unit attach to a cambro? Looking for something that will prevent bag floating and I don't see how this would work...

No, this unit doesn't have any way to secure bags from floating making it kind of worthless by itself. I use small stainless steel clips designed to hold stacks of paper together and clip the bag to the rack so it can't float. You can buy the clips at any office supply store and get a box of 20 for $2-$5 depending on the store and brand.

Will the lipavi l10 fit in the sous vide supreme?

Yes, L10 will certainly fit! And the L15 fits also.
