The mattress was of lovely quality & really thick, my grandson slept right through on the 1st night, which he hasn't dome in a long time.The only downside I think that needs addressing is the delivery aspect as it is not a good reflection on the company's products or customer service team.But all in all this is a really fantastic product & for the price is an absolute must.I honestly cannot understand how this mattress can get any of the bad reviews I've read as it really is good value for the price?Thanks to Gary also for the customer care/personal support provided, 1st class

Bought this mattress as a bit of an experiment/stop gap because we were moving and needed something quickly.It’s really not good quality. I’ve been sleeping on it for 4.5 months and even with flipping and rotating regularly it has developed obvious dips where I lie.It hasn’t been great for my back either.Wish I could return it and get a refund.

Mattress is bit hard even with memory foam and had to clean the mattress at edges as it had dirty marks from delivery

Had this a couple of months now and my God it's the best mattress I've ever had. I used to suffer a terrible back ache but this absolute God send has helped. Love love love it.

I've been without a decent mattress for a long, long time. I kept a disgusting ancient thing for years, which was colored light blue to begin with but ended up some kind of infected off-orange. It was impossible to clean and the surface material seemed resistant to any disinfectant substance I attempted to apply to it.A white mattress is the way to go, and monthly cleaning with a vacuum nozzle attachment and bicarbonate of soda is enough to keep it hygienic. If you spend the money you won't want it quickly going to waste. I can't say that the memory foam of this mattress is impressive, or even noticable, it felt like any other mattress, only softer. It seems to collapse quite easily, especially at the sides when you are climbing out of bed. I'd prefer if it had just a bit more support when in bed. Thankfully, there are no emasculating floral designs, it's just plain white so it will suit any bedroom. I got this for my   and it fits just perfect, but neither seem very king-sized. I'm not a very big guy but when I starfish I'm pretty much touching all four corners. I guess I need to find a short girlfriend if I want to share it with someone.

Very comfortable! Thick heavy mattress. It's my soft to hard but perfect for us. Sleep like a dream. Would recommend. I have it on a slat base and so far no issues. Only had it a little while tho.

I have had this bed for just over a year. I spend a lot of time away from home, maybe away nearly every other week.. With this in mind one would expect it to be in a nearly new condition.. Sure it's seen some action ;-p but it should not be completely collapsed in the middle as it is. The texture of the material makes the sheets slip and slide around.. I normally live by the rule of you get what you paid for, but I still expected more than a years use from this mattress.

When I first sat on the edge of the mattress the springs went down so much that the top and bottom of the mattress squash together like a flat sandwich, however the rest of the mattress seemed fine to begin with. Then after only a few months the memory foam had flattened altogether and you could feel the springs on your body and the mattress started to dip in the middle. I had to buy a thick memory foam topper to get a good nights sleep. Not worth the money at all and to be honest I’d say the quality is on par with that of a budget priced mattress.
