Hanes Women's Microfiber Brief Multipack

I absolutely love this style and brand. I used to get the hipster variety, but as I've gotten older, and put on a few pounds, the higher waist panties look better. The thin elastic and smooth construction mean that you don't really notice you're wearing them. Perfect for wearing under tighter pants or dresses. No panty lines. The small amount of elastic, and I mean about the width of a pencil, if that, means that they are not the most sturdy of things, so if you're looking for heavy duty undies, these are not for you. If you want fuller coverage, especially during that time of the month, while still feeling sleek and sexy, these totally work. They have a double lined crotch, which means that there is more protection where it matters, but not visible from the outside. I ordered mine a size up from what I normally wear, because I have a slightly larger bum and wanted full cheek coverage. This does mean that they are a little loose on the hips, but that 's ok for me. If you want nice and tight for under leggings, just buy your normal size. I'm 5'7" 198lbs and normally wear a size 16-18 pants in U.S. womens jeans. I bought these in size 10 for loose days and size 9 for my regular size under leggings and jeggings.

I have been looking for these! Bought some years ago when my baggage didn't get off the plane with me and these were a real bargain. Stuck with them until I could no longer find them in stores or online--didn't want bikinis, hi-cut briefs or full-fledged briefs. These come to about 1 1/2 inch below the belly button which is perfect if, like me, you tuck blouses and tops into your underwear to hold them in place and keep them smooth under slacks or skirts. Because the elastic is so thin, panty lines at the tush or hip line just don't happen. The closest I came to finding an alternative was a Bali brief which has been discontinued and a Jockey brief that is fine except the crotch liner is only stitched in the back which just didn't seem right. I would have preferred colors exactly matching the online picture but these are underpants! Got 2 beige, 1 rose, 2 deep rose, 1 magenta and 2 dark blue. Assuming the quality is similar to what I have had in the past, I expect to enjoy these for a long time. They are inexpensive enough to replace if they don't last forever. And I can't bring myself to spend $80+ for 8 pairs of panties I don't like nearly as much and aren't made any better.

Please be more creative with assorted colors. There is more to life than white, black and taupe. Comfort and stretch are good. But as I've ordered this item a few times over the past several months, the elastic gets weaker. Check the quality please. Package quality: there was a 1-inch hole in the package, but it did not go through to the inner packaging or the item.

Lightweight .. comfortable ... fit and sizing is accurate .. my sister and I both have our own colors out of the order .. and our care is washing in a delicate washer setting .. we use Melaleuca laundry products without any harsh chemicals ... and air dry ... and have had NO ISSUES with the panties falling apart as with some reviews .. will be ordering another order ... wish there was a choice of all one color .. like beige or black but if variety is all that is available .. we will continue to purchase ..

These are the same cheap elastic panties I bought years ago except I used to wear hi-cut. If you are familiar with those and/or the previous fabric they used to use, buy a size smaller than you would with those because the new microfiber is very generous and these are meant to be form fitting. However, just like the old style (fabric), the thin elastics are only held in by serged thread so dont expect them to last real long. But for the price, a 5pack is a no-complaints purchase. You will get your money's worth if you use for under work clothes, etc. I would not recommend as everyday casual panties, they cant handle it. Hanes makes some great cotton ones now with the wide (fold over fabric) waistband that are quite sturdy and don't show a panty line. Those come in a 3pk for about the same price. These are nearly impossible to find at the store so thanks to the seller for offering. Nice colors too. They did have a well made everyday casual panty with this fabric but after my first 3pk bought only like 2 yrs ago (which I cherish and still have) I am unable to find them anywhere on the planet. If you find a hanes you like, keep the cardboard (tags will NOT have numbers you can use) and stock up while you can!

While these briefs are very soft and comfortable, they are not especially long wearing.The elastic in the legs (what little there is) soon fades away. Then it's the waistband. Followed by holes in the crotch. Now I have worn them for awhile but they do not hold up as well as my former brand, Jockey.If you want to invest in something that isn't for the "long haul" so to speak, then, yes, buy them. But they are thin and have a short life span.

I needed comfortably underwear to wear during my hips replaced, they needed to go over my swollen hip without ripping or being uncomfortable & they did everything I needed them to do. They concerned me at first, I thought they were so light & they wouldn't last & so far I am very pleased. They washed up nicely & they don't crawl. I am satisfied, I would purchase them again in fact I wish I would have purchased them instead of the others I purchased, I only gave 5 stars because I still love barely there if I could find them again for a better price.

These are perfect. I knew I was a size 6 and I got a great fit. Know your size is all I can say. I usually get cotton which are big and baggy but these are form fitting and look fantastic. For that time of month will keep your pad in place. I love the colors which vary I know. I got a periwinkle color a cross between blue and silver and it is beautiful.I received them today and put them on immediately so I could write an acurate review. As far as long lasting will update. I do expect them to last since it is Hanes.This shipped from the seller on Jan 31. It is not the seller's but the carrier's fault that it took so long that is why I can still give the product and seller a 5+.

These are by far the best ever! The fit is excellent and Soooo soft! They don't ride up at all which is a BIG plus that any woman can attest to! I highly recommend these because you can't beat the luxurious softness, fit, quality & value of them! Thank you, Amazon, for carrying such quality products and offering them at such value prices that the public can afford...believe me, it makes a difference.I will continue to buy these from Amazon from now on, as a matter of fact, I'm going to order several more as gifts for my sisters because I know they will love them as much as I do!

Was so tired of "too-tight" underwear, especially in the elastic around the thighs. Was looking for coverage, but nothing binding. I've put on a few extra pounds and never feel comfortable; the hipsters always seem to fall below my "Dunlop" which is aggravating, embarrassing and extremely uncomfortable! Until I can get back to working out and losing the belly, I needed some comfortable briefs that covered my belly and didn't fall or creep or bind. THESE ARE THEM!! I was a bit worried they'd be skimpy, but I wore them all day today and work, bending and squatting and they actually stayed up! So thrilled I'm ordering more! I don't know how long they'll last, but for now they washed nicely and wear perfectly.

Looks like grandma’s underwear but soooo comfortable! I’ve always chosen comfort over looks so this style works for me. While this style of underwear will definitely not turn your significant other’s mood toward romantic, it’s definitely comfortable with no visible panty lines under skirts and dresses! I’ve also taken a couple of these undies with me in a carry-on for travel and they’re easy to wash and dry so you could wear one, wash one easily. Size is accurate, in fact it might be a little loose. I could have ordered a smaller size but hey, it works.

These briefs are really nice and soft and they fit nicely, but the white ones were stained with pink dye. I tried contacting the seller a couple of times for a replacement, but did not receive a reply.

Nice colors! I'm so glad they weren't all black--that's not "assorted." I have worn this style for years, and some of my pairs are still holding up well after numerous washings with no special care. However, the style is somewhat more sheer and delicate than previously. Buyer take note. I left off one star because I already have 6 black pairs directly from Hanes, and there is no guarantee any given assortment won't be all one color, even from Amazon. I'm very happy with the set I just received. Use a wash bag if you want to be extra careful.

These fit well and are comfortable. I have purchased this panty in the hipster style for years and they are my go-to underwear. I wanted something a little higher in the waist and this is it. However, I thought I was going to get an assortment of colors (I ordered a 5-pack) and I received all black. I'm keeping them because I will use them, but I really wish they had been a variety of colors, as advertised.

I love these microfiber panties! My package arrived on time, and I inspected each pair before washing them. The only one with a manufacturing issue was the ivory pair (threads hanging from both sides of the legs). Beware, the dark colors are heavily dyed, so washing them in cold water before use is wise. These are better than the same type and brand that I bought at my local department store. They are very smooth under clothes, and didn't shrink or fade after washing. I would highly recommend these microfiber panties to others,and I will purchase again.
