Product works for pain WHEN it's not defective. My boot started leaking in under 30 days I wrote DJO and they said (see below). I suggest you buy through the Aircast® Cryo Cuff IC Cooler + Cryo Cuffs. They have amazing customer service on helped me even though I didn't buy from them.Come on Amazon!!!! Choose companies that back up their products. Wish I had ordered this prior to my tibia / fibula surgery. Waited anxiously for it to arrive post surgery. Would advise anyone to order this and have it immediately after surgery and prior to surgery as soon as you can get it delivered. It’s like an ice pack that surrounds your entire ankle at one time .

Product worked amazing for the first few months of use but since then the motor doesn’t push the water though anymore and it smells like burning rubber.Would love for someone from the company to contact us.

Provides wonderful relief for post surgical swelling and discomfort.
