Io Non Ho Paura (einaudi. Stile Libero Big)

I’m learning Italian, and the book is perfect. An engaging story line with strong characters, with some lush imagery and foreshadowing. I’m told (by a native speaker) the dialog and idioms are “real”, just as spoken in central Italy. I pair it with the Italian version audiobook to build listening and speaking skills. And for students of Italian, there’s an abundance of Imperfetto to goad your brain cells!

A great read for reenforcing vocabulary. The ending made me want more informaion about Filipo. The Ending was too abrupt.

It's much easier to read this with the Audible audio, but I like this book. I have learned a lot of new vocabulary words.The movie is slightly different, but the descriptions in the book are way better.

This story is amazing and I highly recommend both the book and the film that was based off of it. If you're daring enough, I'd would try the Italian version as opposed to an English version. It could be me, but most things are always better in the language they were meant to be in.

I loved the story! It's the first real novel I have actually read completely in Italian. The copy showed signs of use, a little writing in it, etc. But that was disclosed in the description before I bought it. perfect for the intended use, for my Italian class.

Questo libro, preso per mio figlio per lettura nel periodo estivo (richiesto dal prof.) sembra gli stia piacendo, lo vedo interassato e non annoiato. Trasporto e consegna velocissima come sempre

Letto tutto d’un fiato, da tempo che non leggevo qualcosa del genere e mi ha fatto ricordare anche vicende d’infanzia. Da leggere lo consiglio vivamente.

Really great, I would also recommend to anyone who is a student of Italian, the story is so gripping, not an over complicated read (grammatically) and has that way of keeping you turning the page ...
