I've tried several different B-Complexes. This one was recommended by a holistic doctor/nutritionist. I've been taking for over two years. It has improved my red blood cell count and consistency in cell size. Which in turn has helped noticeably with running and carrying oxygen.This really helps with my energy levels, and when I'm feeling really run down, I've doubled and tripled the dose for a few days with no side effects.

Very, very effective. I used to have some small reactions to other brands, but this is such a high-quality food based product, they do not bother me at all!!

I like this product so far. I have finished my first bottle, taking it once a day so for about 3 months. I have had no stomach issues, no negative side effects. I can't say that I've noticed anything amazingly different or better. I take these because my doctor said to try them for energy levels, especially when I get sick and I have felt really good while using them. I have no serious medical conditions that I'm aware of so I cannot speak to that but want something that my body can absorb and is plant based. This is a good product.

these are the best b vitamins I have ever taken. Sometimes other ones kept me awake even if I take in the morning. these seem the best balanced. They are expensive but heh instead of eating out once a month spend money on your health

I've been using these for a few years since my blood test results came back with low B-12 levels. I have more energy now and my blood tests are in the normal range.My chiropractor recommended this brand, which he sells in his office. I like to buy this larger bottle which saves me money in the long run.
