Best sauce pan ever!
I was hoping to find something similar to my Belgique cookware that I got at Macy's years ago. I have a glass cook top and have to have a smooth bottom pot. This pot is perfect and it has a lifetime warranty! It doesn't get better than that.

Perfect size for heating can of soup. Great heat distribution on an open flame burner
There is nothing to dislike about this pan unless it is too small for intended use. It is a perfect size for heating a can of soup or a can of vegetables. Heat distribution is perfect, no hot spots noted and cleans easily after use. I have a similar sized pan but the quality is no where near the quality of this pan. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Amazon.❤️

Good solid pan with some cons
Good pan and does what it is supposed to do. However, I do have some concerns.Handles are NOT "always cool" contrary to the description. Anyways, I was skeptical about the "always cool" handle description because the handles were made of metal, but it would not be a deal breaker for me if I find out that the handles do get hot, which is what happened. The handles are metal so they get hot and you will need pot holders to hold the handles.Too shallow to be versatile in my opinion, 2.25" deep. I wished they could have made this pan deeper. The most it can handle is sauteing two diced onions then adding 1 cup of broth. Any more liquid and it will be hard to stir stuff around without spilling out of the pan. See pictures of the two onions with the broth. The other picture has 6 pork chops which fit snug in the 12-inch pan. From the pictures you'll see how shallow it is.Tapered edges don't keep food in the pan. While I was moving the two diced onions around in the pan, some were sliding and flying off the rim and I was not even moving the spatula around very fast. The tapered edges are very tapered and smooth. This is a pro in a sense that the food will slide off easily if you are trying to serve it on a plate. But if you want to keep the food inside the pan while cooking, the food has a tendency to slide out and fly off the pan if you are not careful. The lid slides off the pan easily due to the tapered edges. This is not a deal breaker for me because I rarely use the lid unless a recipe called for it. So if you do use it, be careful when transporting the pan with the lid on from the stove to the oven or the table because the lid can slide off if you are not paying attention.Even heating, nonstick, feels solid, and has a good weight to it. I was able to sear 6 pork chops in the 12" pan until browned with crisp edges. The 6 pork chops fit in snug. I did not feel like doing two batches so I jammed all 6 chops in with no issues. I used 1/2 Tbsp of ghee (clarified butter) to sear the 6 pork chops for about 5 minutes on both sides. Turned out as expected, golden brown and crisp on the edges. So this is a good pan, except it will only handle a small capacity because it is shallow. If you are just making eggs, pancakes, frying bacon, searing 4 pieces of meat, sauteing 1 onion, or the like, basically a small volume of food where you don't have to move things around a lot, this pan will work great for you. But if you need something for a larger capacity, look for a pan that is at least 3 inches deep (I have one that is 3 inches deep and can saute 3 sliced onions + 3 sliced bell peppers all at once). This 2.25" Cuisinart pan won't be able to handle as much food as a deeper 3" or more pan. Definitely NOT good for stir-fry where you will be moving around a lot of vegetables because they will fly off and out of the pan (you will need a deeper pan for that such as a wok). This pan is too shallow.I hope my pictures and review will help others with making a decision on this pan.

Love
I love this big pot but the inside already has a scratch after only 4 uses! I’ve only used rubber or silicone utensils in it. The pot is not very heavy or thick but I love the large size. Great brand.
