HIC Kitchen Roasting Wire Spiral Ham Holder and Roasting Rack, For Ham up to 10-Pounds

I bought a turkey breast to cook but didn't want to drag out my big roasting pan just to fix it. So, I got this to go in a regular 9 x 13 cake pan. It fit perfectly and allowed the turkey breast to cook just as it should, being raised slightly off the bottom of the pan. After dinner, it was a snap to clean as everything that was on the rack easily came off. This is something I'll be using often and I'm very glad I got it.

I love turkey. I normally roast a Butterball turkey breast on the bone 2-3 times a month. I always roast them in an oven bag to help retain as much of the moisture as possible. My problem is when I set them in the roasting pan they, more often than not, tend to fall over. This adjustable rack was the answer to a prayer. With the ability to raise one or both sides of the rack as much as needed to keep the bird on an even keel my results are perfect every time. Now my birds always look great, and of course taste good too.

Works great in my Pyrex casserole dishes.

It’s a nice compact roast rack. Not the easiest to clean, but it is easy to store.

Bought this rack to replace the original one that came with my roaster oven. The rack fit perfectly, the price was right and it was shipped on time. Would purchase this item again, and recommend it to others.

This is not heavy weight. But it works like it is. The shape and size is great because I fits in more types of dishes for cooking in the oven. I do spray non stick spray before I use it to roast things because that makes it easier to clean.

This was a gift

Rack worked great when I smoked my turkeys, however, it seems they are a one time use only. When I went to clean them, the coating started rubbing off. So I had to throw them away. Not a good sign when it says they are nonstick.

Hi,I bought two, they both fit in my roasting pan to roast two roasts at once. I also use them flat for cooling racks for baking. The quality is great and cleaning them up is easy.
