It’s a really well-made item. It works for a long reach to pull a curtain open and closed. It’s perfect. I’d recommend it. I have two now.

It works great but I wouldn't use it for something heavy like a winter coat.

I needed for my closet to hang clothes on my top rod and this works great. I wasn’t coordinated enough to hang multiple strapped items without catching hook on other side. Definitely strong enough for my items of clothes and handbags.

Rebuilt all of our closets and added poles about 7' high. No top shelf in order to allow double pole and more room for the wife. Side affect is that she is short and can't reach the top. This solves her problem of getting her hangers from the top pole. Light and easy to use.

Works as advertised… but very cheap build quality… if I were doing it again.. I would spend more and get a better one.

It is too bad the engineers did not find a way to keep the pole extended. You are supposed to twist the pole once extended to keep it extended, but it easily becomes loose and retracts.
