Body avenue is one of my most trusted brands. In this day to day fast life, our eating habits are not at par! So as a working women reaching age of 30 i need some supplements so that I get all the necessary vitamins. Also I started taking glutathione and biotin supplements. My derma said glutathione tends to lower the level of vitamin D and B12.. so this multi vitamin was again necessary for me.. i showed all the products to my derma, and she said they are very much with proper ingredients and they have safe ingredients too to use.. still I would suggest to consult dermatologist before you start taking any supplements. I have been taking these since 3 weeks now.. they have started showing results especially in my metabolism rate. Must give it a try.

i am 23 years old women Taking those pills for 11-12 days now. its not working for me after taking this my skin lost moisture become flaky and losing texture.but i think everyone has different type of skin so i am suggesting don't take any medicine without concerning your doctor if you really want glowing skin go to the dermatologist and follow what your doctor says to follow.

I m using this product from last 20 days seen some visible effects. But make sure this contain more as compare to another product but not that much effective in skin. Or depends on demond its showing more purchase but am not suggesting to get same product again. Can take another option.
