CEO-TWO Laxative Suppositories are a combination of Sodium Bicarbonate and Potassium Bitartrate in a water-soluble polyethylene glycol base. The unique gas production of CEO-TWO, within the rectal ampulla, creates a reflex stimulation resulting in an urge to defecate within 30 minutes. Since there is no chemical stimulation to the bowel, there is no cramping. No diarrhea is produced and a second urge to defecate is avoided.

More expensive than glycerin, but works better. and faster!
I've dealt with chronic constipation for years as a result of cerebral palsy. Normally, I've had to use a glycerin suppository to get things moving I wanted to try CEO-TWO because the thought of using something more "natural" (baking soda and cream of tartar, essentially) appealed to me.I'd been constipated for a few days when I tried these for the first time today, and given the hit-and-miss reviews I'd seen, I didn't know what to expect.To my surprise, they worked within 15 minutes, and the urge to clear my bowels was much more "natural-feeling" than it is with the glycerin.The only thing preventing me from giving the suppositories a full five stars is the fact that they seem to leave a lot of gas behind in the intestines after evacuation, which can make for some mild discomfort and bloating for several hours afterward until you pass it. I don't know if others will experience (or have experienced) this, but it seemed worthy of mention.Will almost certainly buy again, and in a larger quantity!

They didn't work worth a ...
I had almost no luck with these suppositories. They either didn't work at all or didn't work until the wee hours of the morning with disastrous consequences. They may work for some people, but I'll be looking elsewhere for a better bowel program.

Great Laxative That Offers Comfortable Relief
Great laxative for those who suffer from occasional or regular constipation. It produces good results in about 20 to 30 minutes without the cramping or burning one would experience with traditional laxative suppositories. Great positive results from this product!
