I use this appointment book as a weekly planner & daily schedule for myself. It really helps with blocking out my time for work and personal tasks. I purchased the 5 columns per page book which gives you 10 columns with the book open. On the top of the first 7 columns, I note the date and day. The remaining 3 columns I use to categorize my lists - work, personal and goals/other. I like that the appointment times start at 6am and that I can see my whole week and lists with the book open. No more page turning for each day and separate pages for lists & goals. It helps me to block out time for my morning routine, work projects and to be realistic about an entire day of time. The columns and line spacing are ample enough to write in.

We have been looking for a new type of schedule for our salon. This one is perfect. The size works well for us, plus the paper is a good quality, not thin and fragile. I ordered one to test it and upon receiving it, I promptly ordered six more. Will order again.
