Good, but crazy pricing for S/M packs
My dad needs these. They are comfortable for him, and they feel more like regular underwear than others he has tried. He used to wear L/XL, and the pricing was consistently around $45 - $50 for 56. He has lost weight due to his illness, and he now needs S/M. The price is often double if not nearly triple what the L/XL price was. If you sign up for Subscribe & Save, you never know if you will pay $47 or $100+ for the pack of 64. So, we avoid that, watch the prices, and are looking for a source with more consistent pricing. Amazon, please look into this.

Downgrade of materials used in product?
This product provides great leak protection. I have a spinal cord injury and, even though I have to change them so often that they rub me raw, I highly recommend them. Amended: my last two orders have proved that this product is made with inferior material. It used to provide a great seal. However, due to a wider strip of inferior porous material around the edge where you get a good seal, there is no longer a good seal. I just leaked where my penis was outside of the product. I cannot achieve anything close to an erection. The product was completely dry. This has never happened before. Shame on you!

Great Product Not Discrete in Shipping
This is a great product which I have used for years. Normally Walgreens or CVS will have a sale and I purchase in case quality. Right now both stores are sold out online this I had to purchase from Amazon and box arrived with clear Tena Men branding showing diapers inside the box. No idea but this is based on who you purchase from as apparently if you buy direct from Amazon it is discreet however third parties donโt rebox the product thus you will have this branding on the sides. Product would be better if it had standing leak guards and a tighter fit however far superior to Depend RealFit for absorbency with Depend being slighter better for discretion as long as you donโt leak much in the depend RealFit.

donโt bother with other brands, you wonโt regret these
These are far and away the best, in our experience. Holds more than cheaper ones, so fewer changes balances out any extra cost. 46โ waist is in range for both sizes of this product, so weโve tried both sizes, but husband prefers the fit of the m/l. So, persons at the bottom of the size range might not be as pleased. Even when I have grabbed a bag of other brands here and there ($5 clearance at the grocery store) they didnโt even seem to be worth that price. When he was bedridden for a while, I used Tenaโs midrange pads as booster pads, and only had to change the whole thing about every third pad, but doubling up like that is too bulky for someone ambulatory. Fold these once in half out of the package and they fit in the back pocket of pants/shorts, at least in menโs 46.

Fitting is poor, absorbency mediocre
Does not fit well on the legs. Sizing described seems to be one size larger than described and compared to similar products, resultant in leakage.

Absorbent and appear comfortable
My father has Dementia and gradually became completely incontinent. Days that he refused to left someone help change him and when he slept from 6pm to 8am they diaper couldn't hold all his urine. I've been buying these for a little over a year, now. It took me too much time reading reviews before finding these. It was a lil weird "researching" diapers for my dad so once I found these I was relieved. I will not change brands. Hospice care bought different ones and they were terrible. We only use them when we are in dire need. For evening, my dad wear these diaper and then cover it. The combo works great to prevent links or overflow.

Great product - no extra cardboard box needed
My father feels very confident in these. He also says they're comfortable. I like the subscription option-- saves me going to the store to get them for him each month now that he doesn't drive. Only complaint is: Amazon says they arrive in a discreet, plain box. OK, I get it. Problem is, there's NO NEED for an extra box because the briefs come in an unmarked box already. Every month we must open, flatten and recycle a box that's not needed, then take the box the briefs are in to my dad. Amazon: please stop packing them in an extra box! Very wasteful.

Too Big
I wear a s/m in Depends I thought would give these mediums a try but they are more like XXL in depends. I have a 36 inch waist and they just fall off me, loose and baggy in the crotch so I know they'll leak if I was to actually urinate in them. Do your self a favor and learn from my mistake stay with the national brand. I'll be donating these to a local senior center

They work and are cheaper that the others
They work for my friend and they are happy.

They are of inferior quality.
The waistband elastic is very weak and will not hold the pants up. they keep slipping down? You are forever, hands in your trousers, pull them back up. Do not buy that's the only advice I can give you if you look on Facebook you can see numerous people have them up for sale at half the price
