Nice stand, but can be tough to adjust
I recently bought the Ergotech triple monitor stand in order to consolidate the monitors on my desk and save some actual desk space that was formerly taken up by the monitor stands. For reference, I'm using two Dell U2412m monitors on the wings and a Dell U2410 in the center; the U2412m monitors on the wings are lighter than the center U2410. Here are my thoughts:PROS:-Very solidly built.-Adjustable pivots are really nice, but note that there are only TWO in the package. The center pivot is non-adjustable but others have stated that they purchased a third adjustable pivot elsewhere.-Plastic cable management clips are included.-So far, Ergotech support has been responsive.CONS:-Very hard to adjust the monitors in terms of tilt and rotation. You have to put a lot of muscle into it particularly if you have all three monitors already mounted. Adjusting the wing monitors can cause the base to slide. There is a stop on the rotation piece as well to prevent you from rotating the monitor 360 degrees, which is fine; however, it appears the stop only allows you to rotate the monitor counterclockwise up to 90 degrees. In the case of my drooping left arm (see below), I could probably live with it if I could rotate a few degrees clockwise, but I can't see how that is possible (someone can correct me if I am wrong).-Other reviews mention that they're seeing the right arm "drooping" or "sagging" on their units. In my case, the left arm is significantly drooping. I can get the center and right monitors level with no problem but I can't do anything about the left monitor at this stage. I've emailed Ergotech support again and if we can't get the issue fixed, I will have to return the stand as defective.-Instructions are very mediocre. For a $200 stand, they could've been better.-Base doesn't have a non-skid surface or rubber feet. Now, keep in mind, the base is pretty heavy so you're not likely to just accidentally push it off your desk; however, if you're adjusting the wing monitors, it can slide a little.I'd say that overall, the stand is nice but definitely isn't for everyone. I feel there are some design flaws that could be easily corrected (the difficulty in adjusting the monitors and lack of non-skid surface on the base being the primary issues IMO) and possibly some QA issues given the reports of drooping/sagging, but I'm honestly not sure how prevalent that issue really is. All I know is that I am experiencing it and it sucks. :) I will update the review once Ergotech responds to see if we can fix the issue.UPDATE 5/23/15: I've updated the review to 4 stars, as I was able to adjust the monitor stand to my liking and it is much better now! Let me give everyone a key piece of information that isn't readily apparent (though maybe another review mentioned it). The pivots contain a rotation stop system (a small screw with a nut on the other side on the rotating piece, with a piece of static metal with a tongue on the fixed piece) which will prevent you from rotating the monitor 360 degrees. The stop CAN be removed, but Ergotech told me that if you do this, you run the risk of spinning the VESA mount plate off of the pivot if you rotate too much. In my case, out-of-the-box, the default rotation orientation of the pivot had it completely rotated up against the stop, meaning clockwise rotation is not possible. So my advice is to check the rotation stop on the pivot when you remove them from the box. If it is completely rotated against the stop (or close to the stop), the first thing you should do is screw the mount to the monitor, mount it on the stand, rotate it counterclockwise 90 degrees to portrait mode, and then remove the monitor and remount the pivot on the back of the monitor so that it is once again oriented vertically in landscape mode. This will give you plenty of rotation in both directions for when you want to make final adjustments.

Pleased, Even Though Not Perfect
When it comes to mounting options for 24" monitors, there aren't a lot of options out there in the "affordable and sane" range. This stand falls squarely in that territory, however, especially seeing as it's on sale. The price was great when I purchased it and it can't be beat. The stand itself is extremely heavy-duty. The base weighs a lot more than I expected and everything feels hefty and good quality. I can't foresee this stand falling apart in my lifetime, that's how durable it is. Setup was a cinch, weight aside, and the only tools I needed were included in the box.Speaking of the box, I need to make a brief aside and say, "shame on you, Amazon." The packaging was beyond horrendous. The inner box was literally in shambles and pieces and the outer (Amazon) box was barely held together with a single strip of tape. I'm amazed nothing was lost in transit because there were gaping holes everywhere in both boxes by the time it made it to my door. That isn't anything to knock a star off, however, as this is a review of the stand, not the shipping quality (though I wanted to leave a note here as a heads up to others who might consider purchasing this).Perhaps due to the state of its packaging, the base does have one small area at the very edge where it looks like the lip was dragged across concrete or something. The coating is scraped and the outer edge is slightly bent downward, so I need to be careful when moving the stand as it scratches the desk. I can't imagine what force must have been set against it, because I'm not exaggerating when I say this stand, as a whole, is incredibly tough. Please don't think you'll damage this stand accidentally with regular use.Now this model is not the one with the telescoping arms, but that's alright as the normal model is rated for monitors up to 24". It's pretty easy to adjust a monitor on the stand. You can adjust height (overall by adjusting the horizontal arm, or individually for the two monitors on the wing mounts), level monitors horizontally, and tilt them up or down until you have them just right, all while they're on the stand. It might be a little jarring at first because you have to put a little force into it to get them going and then they *go*, so be prepared. Have a leveler ready and you'll be good to go.For the price and quality of this stand, as well as it being one of the few supporting up to 24" monitors, I have to wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a triple-monitor solution. In spite of a couple minor annoyances, I can't knock a star off for them. Not when this stand is such a great deal and is as tough and flexible as it is.EDIT: I've had this stand for a while now and have finally gotten in three 24" monitors. The stand, even without the extension arms, holds these monitors just fine. I know some people have talked about needing to loosen bolts and the like to adjust monitors, but honestly, I didn't have to do that. You just put a little muscle (well, maybe more than just a "little" for some) into it and the monitors will adjust accordingly.I really like this stand and it lets me angle in my two wing monitors inward so I can hide their bezels behind the center monitor. Helps lessen how much of a gap there is between them. To do this with 24" monitors, you will *have* to push/pull the monitors more inward, then bring the arms forward so the bezels on the wing monitors ends up behind the center monitor.Overall, stand is holding up well and is as sturdy as ever. I do not regret my purchase.

Sturdy. Worth the cost if you're serious about getting a long lasting mount that isn't flimsy. Doesn't lower any monitors on the side either... keeps them always level.
