I liked the book, but I thought it would be a bit more comprehensive. I thought it would be an actual story, but it’s more of a series of poems (they can be read separately or together as a whole). The images were lovely, however, there were a few times that the text and images didn’t go well together (the words were hard to read). Still, all in all, it’s a nice bedtime read (not so great for teaching astronomy).Recommended as a good night time story.

This story incorporates the use of stargazing terms in poetic form. My child is only five, and didn't k ow some of the terms, but the lively illustrations and colorful rhymes made us want to do research in the area of the different types of stars and constellations we didn't recognize. I enjoyed reading this book to my child,and for the most part it held her attention. I love stories like this, where we both learn.

I liked it! but I thought it was an awful lot of info for this age group perhaps or perhaps not. I did find a couple of typos though like 'May' should have been "Day", yes? I also think that one who loves to read poetry as well astronomy will get a lot of fun of this particular ebook. These are my thoughts of why I rated this as a four star book. Yet, I would still like to recommend this also for 4-9 yr. olds and or in grades K-4. Fun facts but doesn't actually teach much or fit the age level. Sometimes in a rhyming meter sometimes not, sometimes a list of random astrology terms, sometimes a barely sensible sentence for the sake of a rhyme. I really like the idea, and it had a lot of potential with the illustrations, but it needed more work on the word choice, sentence structure, and educational presentation.

Some nice pictures, but poorly formatted. Have to zoom in on each because they don't fill the screen of my tablet, then have to close each picture in order to turn the page. Most pages are just lists of astronomy words without definitions AND that have nothing to do with the associated picture.It was free and I barely got my money's worth.

Pure delight! I love the concepts, I love the illustrations. Gives a lot of astronomy concepts in a brief narrative list, almost poetic. I also appreciated its diversity.

This book is amazing, so much so I immediately looked for other books by the same author. I love both the sound of the words read to younger children and that the same words spark interest for an older child to look up on their own.

Very good bedtime reading . Read to my grandchildren . A lovely relaxing story before they go to sleep .

While the pictures and colours built up my hopes regarding the book.. I was disappointed with the story itself... The subtitle says an astronomy story but there is no story... Just lots of big and small words more or less related to space and stars... Not for reading out to a four yaar old..

I read this with my Grandgirl before bed. Flows well but not that interesting. Does make you want to check out a few astronomy terms though.
