It serves its purpose to provide additional greens in your diet and is generally palatable. In my opinion, it does not taste super great as the flavor is very artificial. I would actually prefer it to taste more green like cucumber or kale. It also made my stomach hurt quite a bit when I drank it in the morning on an empty stomach, but was fine during the day.
