Review: Amazing - I’ve been suffering from insomnia. Nothing really helps. I had an Rx that helped but I hated the side effects and my insomnia seemed much worse after I stopped taking it. I tried this for the first time last night and I am stunned by how well it works. I felt I should write this review for anyone who has suffered. If anything changes I will update my review. Hopefully this will be the end of my daytime brain fog and other symptoms from not sleeping. Update: night 2 it did not work as well. Update: I have noticed that they work really well when I don’t do anything or use my phone after taking them. Otherwise not as well. So they won’t put me to sleep but they will help me sleep when I get in bed with the intention to only sleep. Overall they have been a tremendous help.

I’ve been suffering from insomnia. Nothing really helps. I had an Rx that helped but I hated the side effects and my insomnia seemed much worse after I stopped taking it. I tried this for the first time last night and I am stunned by how well it works. I felt I should write this review for anyone who has suffered. If anything changes I will update my review. Hopefully this will be the end of my daytime brain fog and other symptoms from not sleeping. Update: night 2 it did not work as well. Update: I have noticed that they work really well when I don’t do anything or use my phone after taking them. Otherwise not as well. I've been taking this for a month and this works well for me. I have trouble going to sleep (I don't have trouble staying asleep) because my brain keeps going and I can't relax enough to drift off. I took these so my brain could quiet down enough to make me sleepy. I took one star off because it says it takes 30 minutes and for me it's more like 2 hours. So I have to take it way in advance to for it to kick in time for when I normally go to bed.
