Good for practice, just don't hit anything too hard
Overall a good product, this is probably one of the best non fully wooden bokken on amazon (which isn't really saying much) but just try not to hit something too hard. I have only owned one of these, they are very light and don't hurt too much when they come into contact with a person. They have a wooden core to them surrounded by foam and would be very good for sparring with another person
