Pearce GripPG-PMG1911 Modular Grip System for Government Model 1911

This was a perfect fit on my Colt Series 70 Government Model 1911. No trimming required. Perfect fit and only took a few minutes to install. Very nice feel in the hand.

The grips arrived on time. I put them on my new Remington R1 1911 45 auto with a 7 round magazine and 5 inch barrel. They fit perfectly and feel great. I will be at the range latter this week to see how they preform over the factory wooden grips.Update, 8/17/17. I went to the range with a friend and found that this grip felt great and did straighten out my shooting a little. With the wooden grips, I was a little to the left and a little low. Now I have a 5 shoot group within a 3 inch radius at 15 yds. I think that's ok shooting.Time will tell how they hold up.

These grips were just what I needed, and even higher quality than I expected. The material is extremely high quality and they were designed meticulously to fit every groove and curve on the 1911. They are also very attractive and will be a good improvement on the overall look on your 1911. I highly recommend these grips to anyone seeking a reasonably priced, practical, high quality grip enhancement for their 1911.

Love it. Great feel, great quality. Quick installation. Personally I felt as if it helped to improve my aim. Had to trim a super tiny peice off the top of the rubber to get the safety to go all the way down on my Rock Island Armory model. Wasnt a problem or really even necessary, but I'm just picky.

I bought these grips for my Springfield G.I. The grip I get with these on my gun is great. I didn't like the black grips that came in the package (the feel was too close to plastic for me). They are slimmed down where the web of your hand fits in the grip which is good if you have hands on the small side. I put my factory grips on with the insert because I don't want my pistol to be completely black and I like the wood grips better. I did have to cut excess rubber off of the insert (part of it was blocking my mag release). Once I was finished cutting the excess off the gun looked really sharp and I am satisfied with it. Knocked a star off of my rating because of the plastic feel on the grips and because I had to cut the insert so it wouldn't catch my mag release. Aside from that it's not a bad buy for a cheap improvement to your 1911.

These grips fit well! I was very happy with them. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for different grips for their 1911.

Relly nice, perfect fit for 1911 ..look much better but this is not for small hand, this is not plastic, its full rubber with good grip .

Fit perfectly on my Norinco right out of the package. Provides an excellent, positive grip surface & fills the hand very comfortably.

Excellent upgrade to my 1911.

The part made in one piece is more comfortable than this item which is made in three peaces. The material is ok just not as comfrotable as I hoped.
