I've used most of 2 containers. I dont see where the other reviews come from. I haven't noticed any marked difference in the pain in my knees. I am still in agony all night long after 4 hours of light janatorial work.For the cost, maybe it should have included more potency.

The odd thing is for my arthritis and knee pain it's ok, I would not have reordered, BUT,,,💖,,,,My LOVE for this product comes from how well it works on my leg muscle spasms. I get the severe ones that draw up my toes toward my knee. I do not know what made me try it during one but it's been my blessing that I did! Actually Works in minutes not weeks or days. I stand and walk concrete floors and have for decades. We all need this product in our home! Get multiple if you have this problem!

The cream relieves the burning and pain very well. It is not greasy and feels great. The relief only last a few hours but ARNIT is the best product I have found that gives so much relief .
