Why is a 20 dollar gift card 32 dollars????

It's actually illegal what they're doing. the CARD act of 2009 states you cannot charge a service fee of more than 10% or $5 (which ever is the highest) on gift cards.

does it just give you the code instead of shipping it to your house.

no you get the card delivered no matter what if they did start making virtual cards it'd be nice, but its better to just use a credit card to put money on steam too cause there is no taxes and shipping fees

Sadly, no. These are physically shipped ONLY. I'd recommend to not buy them at their current price tag ($31 for a $20 gift card plus shipping???)

Works. But the stickers…

Just like a regular gift card. You get the card, peel off the sticker, and type the code into your steam wallet. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the sticker to reveal the gift code was a bit hard to peel off
